Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard (3 tsp.)
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. crushed potato chips
    cranberry sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except potato chips and cranberry sauce and toss lightly.
    Place in lightly greased casserole; top with potato chips and garnish with dabs of cranberry sauce.
    Bake in a hot oven, 400\u00b0, for about 20 minutes or until piping hot and browned.
    Makes 6 servings.
