Squash Green Pepper Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk, scalded
1 c. packaged seasoned bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. butter
2 c. cooked squash, mashed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 green pepper, chopped
2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation

Combine milk, butter and bread crumbs.
Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Pour into buttered casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 25 minutes or until set.
