Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 (15 oz.) cans light kidney beans
    2 (15 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 c. water
    onions, garlic and 1 medium green bell pepper (additional ingredients according to individual taste)
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and drain grease.
    Put ground beef and all remaining ingredients into a large boiler pan. Cook for 3 hours on medium heat until the texture becomes thick and ground beef is coated with the tomato base.
    Serve with garlic bread or saltine crackers.
