West Virginia Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
    1 (6 oz.) sugar-free jello (any flavor)
    2 c. low-fat buttermilk
    8 oz. Cool Whip (lite)
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
Preparation
    Bring pineapple to boil and add jello.
    Stir well to dissolve jello.
    Cool and add buttermilk.
    Stir Cool Whip in and add pecans.
    Refrigerate to set well.
