Brown Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. cream
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend 1 cup of flour, baking powder and salt.
    Cream butter; beat in sugar.
    Beat in egg, vanilla and cream.
    Stir in flour stiff enough to roll. Wrap in waxed paper; chill for 2 hours. Place on lightly floured boards; roll 1/8-inch thick.
    Use floured cutter.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Sprinkle with granulated sugar.
    Bake for 8 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
    When cold, keep in covered tin box.
