Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 (10 oz.) box chipped broccoli, thawed
    1 medium onion
    1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    4 eggs
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Melt magarine in bottom of dish.
    Mix cornbread mix, broccoli, onion, cottage cheese and eggs together.
    Do not drain broccoli. Pour over melted margarine in dish.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
    Must use 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
    Freezes and reheats well.
