Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk (evaporated)
    1 stick margarine
    19 Kraft caramel kisses
Preparation
    Cook sugar, margarine and milk until it makes a soft ball when dropped in cold water. Add Kraft kisses and take off heat immediately and stir until melted. Let cool slightly; beat. Spread on cake.
