Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chopped broccoli, steamed
    1/2 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine all but crumbs in microwave-safe glass dish, then sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
    Bake at 1/2 power (500 to 600 watts) for 8 minutes, then turn dish 180\u00b0 and bake 8 minutes.
    Let sit a few minutes and serve.
