Cheese-Rich Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. onion
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 can cream of celery
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    Crisco
Preparation
    Saute green pepper and onion in a small amount of Crisco in a small baking dish.
    Add uncooked Minute rice and 1 can cream of mushroom soup plus 1/2 can of water.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Put shredded Cheddar cheese to cover on top.
    Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
