Oil-Free Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rolled oats
    1 c. rye or wheat flakes
    1/2 c. favorite nuts or seeds
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 to 1/2 c. warmed honey
    1 c. raisins (or less or more as desired; add after cooking)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine oats, wheat flakes, nuts and salt.
    Warm the honey and vanilla; mix with oats. Spread thin on cookie sheet.
    Cook 20 to 25 minutes.
    Stir every 5 minutes to prevent burning.
    Yields 6 cups.
