Grated Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 raw potatoes, grated fine
1 Tbsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 to 3 c. flour
2 onions, diced
1/4 lb. butter
Preparation

Grate potatoes.
Add salt and beaten eggs.
Add enough flour to make a soft dough.
Drop by spoonfuls into boiling water; cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse in hot water.
Cook onion until golden brown in butter.
Pour onions and butter over dumplings.
Serve hot.
