Chicken Kebobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. ground chicken
1/2 tsp. ginger paste
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. curry powder (optional)
2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped (optional)
1/2 c. plain yogurt
2 slices white bread, crumbled
salt to taste
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Mix together in a large bowl all the ingredients except butter. Make slightly oval shaped balls about 3-inches long. Brush with melted butter. Heat oven to 350\u00b0. In a shallow pan sprayed with Pam, cook for about 20 minutes, turning once and loosely covered with foil. Serve hot and garnish with lemon wedges and sliced red onions.
