Cold Lo Mein Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    10 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 cloves crushed garlic or 1 Tbsp. crushed from a jar
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    parsley flakes
    sesame seed
Preparation
    Cook and drain 1 box spaghetti.
    Mix with the ingredients. Let stand.
    In large skillet, saute seasonal fresh vegetables (onions, peppers, mushrooms, squash, etc.) lightly in olive oil. Toss vegetables with spaghetti and sauce.
