Fruited Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    1 qt. frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange-pineapple flavored gelatin
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
Preparation
    In mixer bowl, blend together cottage cheese and thawed topping.
    Beat until blended.
    Stir in dry gelatin.
    Fold in pineapple and mandarin oranges.
    Press into 7 or 8-cup mold. Chill several hours or overnight.
    Unmold onto serving plate; garnish with endive.
    Serves 12.
