Vegetable Salad(Marinated Vegetables) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cauliflower, cut into flowerets
    2 carrots, quartered and cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    1 jar (4 oz.) pimento, cut into strips
    3/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine last four ingredients with 1/4 cup water.
    Bring to boil.
    Add vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes, then cool. Vegetables should be crisp.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
    Serve in glass bowl.
