Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs (beat with a spoon)
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. corn oil
1 small can cream-style corn (8 oz.)
1 c. corn meal
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Beat eggs, then slowly stir in sour cream and corn oil.
Add corn.
Combine corn meal, salt and baking powder and add to the mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
