Salmon Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can pink salmon
    2 egg yolks and whites
    2/3 c. cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    pepper
Preparation
    Mix everything, except egg whites.
    Beat egg whites and fold in lastly.
    Pour in greased pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0 or steam one hour.
