Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 c. finely shredded \"meat\" (e.g. Fri Chik or favorite vegetarian meat)
    6 green onions, thinly sliced
    4 c. cold, cooked rice
    3 to 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of salt or McKay's chicken style seasoning
Preparation
    Fry beaten eggs and cut in shreds.
    Return eggs to frying pan with cut meat and onions.
    Cook 3 to 4 minutes, then add rice.
    Mix soy sauce, sugar and oil together.
    Dribble over rice.
