Basic Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter flavor Crisco
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
    5 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt together.
    Cut in Crisco (using pastry blender or two knives) until mixture resembles cornmeal.
    Beat egg, vinegar and water together and add to first mixture.
    Mix well until a ball is formed. Divide in half.
    Roll between two sheets of wax paper.
