Cheezy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    Velveeta cheese
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 medium onion
    bacon bits
Preparation
    Peel and boil small potatoes until almost done; drain and set aside to cool.
    Melt cheese and mushroom soup (rinse can with water) until melted.
    Chop onion; pour in cheese mix.
    Slice potatoes; put into casserole dish.
    Pour over cheese mix. Sprinkle with bacon bits and bake until hot through and through.
