Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup flour, yeast and salt.
    Add water and Crisco. Mix until smooth.
    Add the rest of the flour to make a stiff dough.
    Let rest 15 minutes.
    Press into 2 well-greased pans (12 to 14-inch).
    Add topping of cheese, sauce and meat.
    Pizza dough can be frozen assembled or unassembled.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Pizza in 1 hour!
