Crawfish Extraordinare - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cooked crawfish tails
2 Tbsp. flour
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. green onion, minced
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 stick butter
1 medium onion, minced
2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
1/2 c. white wine
salt, pepper and paprika
Preparation

Melt butter, add flour and stir until lightly cooked.
Add onion, garlic, parsley and green onion until clear.
Add crawfish and cook over a low fire for about 10 minutes.
Add wine and simmer until blended.
Slowly add cream
and simmer over low fire. Do not boil.
Add seasoning with extra paprika.
