Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. unpeeled zucchini, thinly sliced
1 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
dash of pepper
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, until golden brown, in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
