Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh crab meat
    1 stack saltine crackers
    1 raw egg
    2 pieces celery
    1 small bell pepper
    1 bunch green onion
    3 pieces (cloves) garlic
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt to taste
    1 1/2 tsp. McCormick seafood seasoning (this is hot, so use with care)
Preparation
    Chop
    and
    saute
    celery, onion, garlic and pepper in a small amount
    of
    oil.
    Put
    crackers in a bowl and cover them with water.
    When
    they are soaked, take them out and squeeze out
    as much
    water as you can.
    Mix together all ingredients and
    season to taste with salt and seafood seasoning.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
