Ingredients

2 2/3 c. light cream
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. chipped toasted almonds
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Freeze in a hand-turned or electric ice cream freezer.
Makes 1 quart.
