Lefse - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
8 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 c. cream or condensed milk, heated
3 Tbsp. shortening
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
-
Put potatoes through ricer and add all the ingredients, except flour.
Cool before adding the flour.
Use extra flour for rolling out.
Bake in sheets on hot lefse grill or griddle.
