Easy Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut in serving pieces (skin removed)
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 (8 oz.) bottle dark red Russian dressing (can also use Catalina)
1/2 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation

Place chicken in a single layer in pan or ovenproof casserole. Mix remaining ingredients with a little water.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
