Summer "Apple" Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell, cooled
    5 c. zucchini, peeled, seeded and sliced thin
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together in a saucepan zucchini, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, water and cinnamon; bring to a boil.
    Cook until zucchini is tender.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
