Cabbage Patch Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Healthy Choice extra lean 96% fat-free ground beef (total 16 grams fat)
    2 medium minced onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped cabbage
    1 can kidney beans
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    2 c. diced raw potatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Use a 6-quart kettle.
    Brown and drain hamburger.
    Add onions, cabbage and celery.
    Add 3 cups water.
    Cover and cook gently for 15 minutes.
    Add beans, potatoes, tomatoes, sauce and seasoning. Cook gently for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
