Mother'S Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    6 Tbsp. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix shortening, sugar and salt together.
    Alternately mix flour, eggs, vanilla and milk together.
    Add baking powder and beat very well.
    Roll thin and cut out with biscuit cutter or cookie cutter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
