Stuffed Turkey Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 large mushrooms
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 lb. ground turkey
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 c. Hunt's light spaghetti sauce
3 Tbsp. fat-free chicken broth
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/3 c. grated nonfat Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. nonfat Ricotta cheese
Preparation

Remove the stems on the mushrooms and chop.
Heat chicken broth in skillet and cook the onion and ground turkey.
Add the chopped mushroom stems and other ingredients.
Cook this mixture about 5 minutes.
Stuff this mixture into the mushroom caps and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Broil for 2 to 4 minutes or until the cheese melts.
