Asparagus Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can green asparagus spears
    1 tsp. white wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. minced green onion
    1 Tbsp. pimiento
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. Dijon or regular mustard
    1 hard-boiled egg, grated
    shredded lettuce
Preparation
    Divide asparagus on four beds of shredded lettuce.
    Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and onion.
    Spoon over asparagus. Top with grated egg.
    Garnish with pimiento.
