Grilled Swordfish Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. swordfish steaks (about 1-inch thick)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground white pepper
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. melted butter
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Sprinkle steaks with salt, pepper and paprika; rub seasonings in lightly.
    Place fish on preheated grill.
    Brush top with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Turn after about 3 to 5 minutes.
    Brush second side with remaining butter and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes more.
    Serve with lemon.
