Dilled Green Bean Bundles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    3/4 c. warm water
    2 medium lemons
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can whole green beans
Preparation
    Place dill in water for 1 hour.
    Cut lemons in half and juice. Slice the rind into rings.
    Combine dill water, 1/4 cup lemon juice, vinegar and salt in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Drain beans and place in a glass or crockery bowl.
    Place lemon rings over the beans and pour the dill dressing over all.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Drain beans and arrange them on lettuce leaves with a lemon ring surrounding them, forming bundles.
    Serves 8.
