Seafood Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb. cooked crab meat
6 c. cooked shell macaroni
2 c. chopped raw cauliflower
2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 c. chopped sweet pickles
1/4 c. chopped onion
6 boiled eggs, chopped
1 Tbsp. capers, chopped
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
mayonnaise as needed
Preparation

Cut large size shrimp into bite sized pieces.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix all ingredients together.
Chill.
Serve on salad greens.
Garnish with tomato wedges.
Serves 12 to 15.
