Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed in small pieces
    4 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
    2 sticks butter
    8 oz. Ritz crackers
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Add cheese and 1 stick butter to hot, cooked and well-drained broccoli.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Crush the Ritz crackers and mix with 1 stick melted butter.
    Spread over top of broccoli and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
