Codfish In Layers(Portuguese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions
    2 cans chickpeas
    codfish
    potatoes
    olive oil
    2 cans tomatoes
    tomato sauce
Preparation
    In a pan, you put the oil.
    Slice the onions.
    You put a layer of sliced potatoes, 1 can chickpeas, then one layer of codfish (it should already be cooked), then the tomatoes and olive oil.
    You repeat this.
    You wait until everything is cooked and then you serve it.
