Hawaiian Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can Fri Chik
    1 lb. rice
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 oz. carrots, sliced
    4 oz. onions, diced
    20 oz. pineapple bits
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 pinches garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
    4 oz. snow peas
Preparation
    Add Fri Chik, pineapple and garlic powder into sauteed carrot and onions.
    Mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, cornstarch, lemon juice and brown sugar.
    Stir into hot mixture.
    Cook until thickened.
    Add water chestnuts and snow peas.
    Serve onto rice.
