King Ranch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3-lb chicken, cooked and boned (reserve broth)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except cheese and tortillas. Dip tortillas in reserved chicken broth and line casserole dish. Add layer of chicken mixture, top with cheese. Add another layer of tortillas, etc. until dish is filled, ending with a layer of cheese.
