Clara'S Fried Corned Beef Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco shortening or cooking oil
    8 to 10 pocketed double pork chops*
    Lawry's seasoning salt
    black pepper
    cornbread stuffing
    mushroom gravy
Preparation
    *This is a special cut pork chop.
    Sometimes you can find the center-cut pork chops for stuffing at the supermarket, but most times you have to ask your butcher to cut the pocket slits.
    And note, they are expensive, but well worth it.
