Onion And Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    1/4 c. Italian dressing
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (if desired)
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and slice 1/8 inch thick.
    Coat.
    Put in shallow 2-quart casserole with Pam.
    Combine potatoes and salad dressing in casserole; toss gently.
    Cover and microwave it on High for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring at 4-minute intervals.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover and microwave at High for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring at 4-minutes intervals.
    Yields 6 servings (88 calories each).
