Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker crumb or baked pastry pie shell
1 1/3 c. (14 oz. can) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lime juice (Key West is good)
1 tsp. grated lime rind
1 c. heavy cream, whipped, or Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and lime rind. Stir until well blended and thickened.
Fold in half of the Cool Whip.
Pour into chilled crumb crust or cooked pastry shell. Spread remaining Cool Whip over top of pie filling.
Chill.
