Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
    3 lb. potatoes, peeled, cubed and boiled
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, butter, onions and 1 cup cheese.
    Stir in potatoes.
    Put in greased baking dish.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Top with remaining cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
