Bump Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes (1 per person plus 1 to 2 extra)
    butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut in 1/2-inch cubes.
    Add just enough water to cover.
    Cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the water evaporates and the potatoes are soft.
    Add butter.
