Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. shortening
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. milk
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour until well mixed.
    In another bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water; add sugar.
    Let stand 2 or 3 minutes.
    Add
    milk
    and
    stir
    well.
    Add this to flour and shortening mixture.
    Stir until ingredients are moistened.
