Drop Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    enough milk to moisten
    broth
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except broth.
    Drop from a teaspoon into simmering broth or onto a pot roast with broth.
    Cover and cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Do not lift cover until time is up.
