Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cheese tortellini (18 oz., refrigerated)
4 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. fresh basil
1/2 c. fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Prepare tortellini according to package directions.
Drain and place in bowl.
Toss with 1/4 cup of the olive oil; cool to room temperature.
