Pumpkin Cranberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries, sliced in half
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and allspice. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease or fill 20 muffin cups.
Mix oil and sugars; add egg and pumpkin.
Stir in dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Last, add cranberries, stirring only to mix.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes in oven.
These may be frozen for future use.
