Chicken Medallions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. melted butter (this can be omitted for less fattening dish)
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1-inch nuggets.
    Combine other ingredients, except butter.
    Dip chicken in butter, then into cheese/crumb mixture.
    Spread on foil covered baking sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
