Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. Rapid Rise yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. warm milk or 1/2 c. warm milk and 1/2 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    4 to 5 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine first three ingredients in small bowl.
    Mix well to dissolve yeast.
    Set aside; mixture will rise to top of bowl.
